2. Data Processor

The RSVP platform and event administration are managed by Premier Crew, acting as the Data Processor on behalf of Sorgente Sant'Elena S.r.l., in accordance with Article 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").

Premier Crew processes personal data solely for the purposes of organizing and administering the event and only under the documented instructions of the Data Controller.

3. Purpose of Processing

We collect and process your personal data solely for the purposes of:

  • managing your registration for the Sorgente Sant'Elena Centenary Celebration;
  • communicating with you regarding the event;
  • organizing attendance, catering, seating arrangements and accessibility requirements;
  • managing participation in optional activities, including wine tasting and other weekend experiences;
  • processing payments where applicable;
  • complying with legal and administrative obligations.

Your personal data will not be used for marketing purposes unless you have separately provided your explicit consent.

4. Personal Data We Collect

Depending on the information you provide, we may collect:

  • First name and surname;
  • Email address;
  • Telephone number;
  • Number of guests;
  • Names of accompanying guests;
  • Wine tasting participation;
  • Dietary requirements, allergies or accessibility requirements;
  • Any information voluntarily provided in the comments field.

  • Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – processing necessary for the performance of a contract or to take steps prior to entering into a contract;
  • Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with legal obligations;
  • Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – the legitimate interests of the Data Controller in organizing and administering the event.

Where special category data (such as dietary requirements related to health or accessibility needs) is voluntarily provided, it will be processed exclusively for the purpose of ensuring appropriate arrangements during the event.

6. Data Sharing

Your personal data may be shared only where necessary with:

  • Premier Crew, acting as Data Processor;
  • website hosting and IT service providers;
  • payment service providers (where applicable);
  • professional advisors where required;
  • competent public authorities when required by applicable law.

Your personal data will never be sold or disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes.

7. International Transfers

Personal data will be processed within the European Economic Area (EEA). Should any transfer outside the EEA become necessary, appropriate safeguards in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR will be implemented.

Your personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to organize and administer the event, manage any related payments and fulfil applicable legal, accounting or tax obligations.

After the applicable retention period, your personal data will be securely deleted or anonymised.

  • request erasure where applicable;

By submitting the RSVP form, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Notice and that you agree to the processing of your personal data by Sorgente Sant'Elena S.r.l., with Premier Crew acting as Data Processor, for the purpose of managing your registration and participation in the Sorgente Sant'Elena Centenary Celebration.
